How do I schedule a Committee Meeting or a Class Event?
Call the church office at (229) 924-3169 to check the date and time. You will be required to fill out a Event Request Form. We'll discuss requests at the church staff meeting the following Monday afternoon and will call you to confirm.

How do I reserve a church van?
Call the church office at (229) 924-3169 or check the van calendar in the office (under the wall clock) to see what dates and times are available. All requests are made and confirmed through the church office. You will also be required to fill out a Motor Vehicle Driver Form.Reserve the vans early! Our church vans stay busy, and some groups may have priority. A list of van drivers is posted next to the van calendar.

I wish to get married at Americus First United Methodist. Who should I talk to?
Call the church office at (229) 924-3169 to see if the date is available. We'll discuss your request at the church staff meeting the following Monday afternoon and will call you to confirm. What are the church's office hours?
Our office hours are Monday - Thursday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm and Friday, 8:30 am - 12:00 pm.
The Finance Office is open from Monday - Thursday from 8:00 am - 12:00 pm.
